Cloudflare Errors

Cloudflare Errors

RADb uses Cloudflare to protect traffic, and in some cases Cloudflare may display an error page when it cannot reach our back-end services.

Common Symptoms

You may experience one or more of the following:

  • The website does not load

  • Login does not complete

  • You are redirected but see an error page

  • A Cloudflare Error 502 (Bad Gateway) message appears

  • Access works from one network but not another

A Cloudflare Error 502 (Bad Gateway) means that Cloudflare could not successfully complete the request to the RADB service.

This can happen when:

  • The back-end service does not respond in time

  • The response is incomplete or invalid

  • A security control interrupts the request

Factors that can influence behavior include:

  • IP reputation

  • Request patterns

  • Automated or scripted behavior

  • VPNs, proxies, or shared networks

You may see a 502 error while others do not because:

  • Your network or IP is being filtered or rate-limited

  • A VPN or proxy is in use

  • A browser extension or automation is altering requests

  • The issue occurs only after authentication or redirect
