Password Authentication

Login Password

This password grants you access to the RADb portal but does not allow you to make changes to objects.

If you are having trouble accessing the RADb Portal:

  1. Click the "Reset Password" link at the bottom of the RADb sign-in screen.

  2. You can also request a new password reset token here authorize.radb.net/profile/request_password_reset

  3. Enter your email address, and a password reset token will be sent to you.

  4. If you don’t receive the token within 30 minutes, please contact RADb Support.

Maintainer Password

This is an administrator-level password that allows you to make changes to the objects stored in the RADb.

Usage:

  • You will need this password on the "Preview RPSL" screen.

  • It is also required when making object changes via email & API

If you do not have a maintainer password:
You can email RADb Support from an active email account associated with the maintainer.

They will help you set a new password.
